Susan states

“These days most of us have been told to get out of our comfort zones.

We are told that this is the only way to grow, develop and achieve success.

What if I was to suggest to you that there is another way? That instead of getting out of your comfort zone you simply get into it, what I call, your true comfort zone instead?

For too long now, as an executive performance coach I have witnessed individuals, students to CEO’s, struggling, trying to get out of their comfort zone.

They waste so much time, effort and money procrastinating, frustrated and trapped in doubt causing themselves to stay in this distressed state.

Today, I’m here to revolutionise the meaning of ‘comfort zone’.”

Susan Ingall is a highly regarded keynote speaker, professional executive performance coach and upcoming author.
